Jacksonville Jaguars LB Paul Posluszny (shoulder) said he hopes to participate in the team's offseason program and organized team activities in April. He underwent surgery to repair a torn labrum Jan. 11. "I'd really like to do that," Posluszny said. "I'd like to compete in those and get back out on the field."
