49ers | Kyle Williams injured in playoff game

San Francisco 49ers WR Kyle Williams' (shoulder) father, Kenny Williams, said Williams suffered a shoulder injury during the third quarter of the NFC Championship game but stayed in the game. Williams was receiving treatment on the shoulder Monday, Jan. 23.
