49ers | Tarell Brown leaves with head injury

San Francisco 49ers CB Tarell Brown (head, neck) left the NFC Championship Game against the New York Giants in the second half due to what the team is calling a "head and neck" injury. He was hurt in a collision with teammate SS Dashon Goldson while trying to intercept a pass. CB Tramaine Brock replaced him.
