The Tampa Bay Buccaneers signed free-agents LB Mike Balogun, TE Collin Franklin, WR Edward Gant, OL Mike Ingersoll and QB Brett Ratliff to reserve/futures contracts Tuesday, Jan. 3. Each player spent time on the practice squad of the Buccaneers in 2011.
