Cubs | Bolster scouting department with several hires from Boston

The Chicago Cubs have hired former Boston Red Sox scout Kyle Evans, who will be in charge of the team's revamped video and advance scouting department. The Cubs also hired former Red Sox amateur scout Matt Dorey to serve as their national crosschecker. The Cubs have agreed not to hire any additional Red Sox front-office personnel until December 2014.
