Giants | Osi Umenyiora on track to return

New York Giants DL Osi Umenyiora (knee, ankle) practiced again in a limited fashion Thursday, Dec. 29, and is on track to return to play in Week 17 against the Dallas Cowboys. Umenyiora is fine with coming off the bench to spell dl Jason Pierre-Paul. "My whole thing is my first step and my explosion," Umenyiora said. "I have to have that. In the past couple of weeks I haven't had it but it seems to be coming around now."
