Packers | Jordy Nelson takes two more Lambeau leaps

Green Bay Packers WR Jordy Nelson posted six receptions for a game-high 115 yards and two touchdowns in the Week 16 game against the Chicago Bears. Nelson has scored in each of his eight home games this season, taking 10 Lambeau leaps. He has just two scores on the road, and none in three road games since Week 9. The Packers wrap up their season in Week 17 on the road against the Detroit Lions.
