49ers | Kyle Williams suffers head injury in Week 16

San Francisco 49ers WR Kyle Williams (head) suffered a head injury in the fourth quarter of the Week 16 game against the Seattle Seahawks. "They say I'm not allowed to talk to you," Williams said Sunday, Dec. 24, after the game. It's NFL policy that a player who sustains concussion-like symptoms is not allowed to speak to the media after the game in which the injury occurs.
