Washington Redskins RB Roy Helu Jr. (toe, knee) said Thursday, Dec. 22, that he feels "really good." He has been receiving treatment from team doctors all week. "I've been saying the last month that he's really turned it on this last month," said offensive coordinator Kyle Shanahan. "He's gotten some confidence to him. Yeah, he hasn't been scared at all. He's tough."
