Baltimore Ravens head coach John Harbaugh did not indicate whether WR David Reed will re-gain his starting kick returner job heading into Week 16. Reed ripped off a 47-yard return late in the Week 15 game. "We'll see," Harbaugh said. "It's not something we're prepared to make a statement on right now."
