Chargers | Marcus McNeill has to pass physical to get 2012 salary

San Diego Chargers OT Marcus McNeill (neck) will have to pass a physical in the first week of the new league year in order to get his 2012 salary. His contract says the team can forfeit his $10 million salary if he does not pass his physical because of a spinal injury. McNeill's agent said his client will do everything he can to get ready for next season.
