Washington Redskins head coach Mike Shanahan has not been pleased with team captains losing their poise during games and drawing penalties. In Week 14, CB DeAngelo Hall picked up a flag and threw it after he was called for holding. "If you make too many of those mistakes, eventually you're not with us," Shanahan said.
