Jets | Jim Leonhard placed on IR

The New York Jets placed SS Jim Leonhard (knee) on the season-ending Injured Reserve list Monday, Dec. 12, due to a torn patellar tendon. The team also placed TE Jamarko Simmons (back) on the practice squad IR due to a lower back injury.
