New York Giants C David Baas (neck, head), DEs Dave Tollefson (knee) and Osi Umenyiora (ankle, knee), LBs Michael Boley (hamstring), Mark Herzlich (ankle) and Spencer Paysinger (hamstring) and SS Kenny Phillips (knee) did not participate in practice Wednesday, Dec. 7.
