Seahawks | Two defenders expected to practice Wednesday

Seattle Seahawks SS Atari Bigby (hamstring) and DL Anthony Hargrove (hamstring) did not play in Week 11, but they are expected to practice Wednesday, Nov. 23, according to head coach Pete Carroll. "Both were running at the end of last week, and both were kind of making a pitch for themselves that they could play," Carroll said Monday, Nov. 21. "So they're really close. I would think that they'll be all right."
