Vikings | Adrian Peterson tied for NFL lead in carries

Minnesota Vikings RB Adrian Peterson is tied for the NFL lead in carries with 166 heading into Week 10 against the Green Bay Packers. Offensive coordinator Bill Musgrave has talked about utilizing RB Toby Gerhart more to ease Peterson's load slightly. "We want to keep hanging out hat on our staples that we feel confident in, but at the same time add a couple of complementary wrinkles that can not only give us some juice but also protect our good things that we do so that we're not so easy to key on," Musgrave said Friday, Nov. 11.
