Updating a previous report, Minnesota Vikings WR Percy Harvin is angry about receiving a $7,500 fine for a fight with Carolina Panthers CB Captain Munnerlyn. "Can someone please explain how I get fined and the other player gets noth..wow," Harvin posted on his official Twitter account.
