Cardinals | One option to be picked up; two likely declined

The St. Louis Cardinals are likely to exercise C Yadier Molina's $7 million option for 2012. The team also holds options on RPs Arthur Rhodes and Octavio Dotel but is unlikely to exercise them. They could be brought back at lower costs.
