Rockies | Several organizational coaching changes announced
The Colorado Rockies have named former Class A Modesto manager Jerry Weinstein to be their new catching instructor. He replaces Marv Foley, who was named minor league catching coordinator. The Rockies also named Doug Linton as their new minor league pitching coordinator, Bo McLaughlin as the new pitching coach at Triple-A Colorado Springs and Lenn Sakata as the new manager for Modesto.
