Cowboys | Bruce Carter working his way back
Dallas Cowboys LB Bruce Carter (knee) practiced for the first time Wednesday, Oct. 19. It had been 11 months since he put on a helmet and shoulder pads after suffering a torn anterior cruciate ligament Nov. 20 in a game for the University of North Carolina. "I didn't really get much sleep last night, just ready to get out there and start playing," Carter said. The team has three weeks for Carter to practice before making a decision whether to add him to the active roster or place him on season-ending Injured Reserve.
