New England Patriots QB Tom Brady (rest) wasn't participating in the team's final practice before heading into their bye week Wednesday, Oct. 19, and it's likely that head coach Bill Belichick is giving his quarterback some rest. Also missing practice were OT Matt Light (leg), CB Ras-I Dowling (hip) and LB Dane Fletcher (thumb).
