Cowboys | Bruce Carter to practice this week

Dallas Cowboys LB Bruce Carter (knee) will practice Wednesday, Oct. 19. Carter is on the non-football injury list recovering from a torn anterior cruciate ligament he suffered in college last season. The Cowboys will have three weeks to practice Carter before having to promote him to the active roster or placing him on Injured Reserve.
