Roush Fenway Racing driver Matt Kenseth won the Sprint Cup race at Charlotte Motor Speedway Saturday, Oct. 15, for his first victory in the chase for the Cup title. Kenseth moves up two spots in the Cup standings to third, and he is just seven points behind the leader, driver Carl Edwards.
