49ers | Will Tukuafu to IR

The San Francisco 49ers placed DL Will Tukuafu (wrist) on the Injured Reserve Tuesday, Oct. 4, with a wrist injury. FS Colin Jones was promoted to the active roster and the team signed free-agent WR John Matthews (Dolphins) to their practice squad.
