Redskins | Phillip Buchanon to rejoin team soon

Washington Redskins CB Phillip Buchanon will be able to join the team after their Week 4 game because he would have completed his four-game suspension. Head coach Mike Shanahan said the team wants to see what kind of shape he is in and how his shoulder injury had healed since they were not able to contact him during the suspension.
