Raiders | Bill Belichick interviewed for HC job

New England Patriots head coach Bill Belichick said Oakland Raiders managing general partner Al Davis interviewed him for their head coaching position back in 1998. "It was good. It was good experience for me. I went out there after the '98 season," Belichick said. "We had a good couple days of conversation. It was good because we talked a lot about football, and he's very, very knowledgeable about the game, personnel, schemes, adjustments and so forth. He was asking a lot of questions about what we did defensively."
