Yankees | Playoff roster set
The New York Yankees have assembled their roster for the Divisional Series against the Detroit Tigers. The team will carry 11 pitchers, with an eight-man bullpen consisting of RPs Mariano Rivera, Rafael Soriano, David Robertson, Boone Logan, Luis Ayala, Cory Wade, A.J. Burnett and Phil Hughes. IFs Eric Chavez and Eduardo Nunez and OFs Andruw Jones and Chris Dickerson made the roster as backups. SP Bartolo Colon, P Hector Noesi, RP Raul Valdes and C Austin Romine did not make the cut.
