49ers | Kendall Hunter ready for bigger role if needed

San Francisco 49ers head coach Jim Harbaugh said Monday, Sept. 26, that RB Kendall Hunter is ready for a bigger role in Week 4 against the Philadelphia Eagles, especially if RB Frank Gore (ankle) is unavailable. "All of our guys, we have confidence in all our players to step up and fill the role that they are called on to do," Harbaugh said. "That's part of soldiering up and being a great teammate. Yeah, I think he is."
