New York Giants WR Domenik Hixon (knee) will undergo surgery in the near future to fix a torn anterior cruciate ligament in his right knee. He will likely be replaced in the offense by a combination of WRs Victor Cruz, Brandon Stokley and Jerrel Jernigan.
