Titans | Unlikely to sign Clinton Portis

The Tennessee Titans likely will not sign free-agent RB Clinton Portis (Redskins) even though they worked him out Tuesday, Sept. 20. The team worked him out because they wanted to update their emergency list in case one of their running backs was injured.
