Updating a previous report, Philadelphia Eagles WR Jeremy Maclin (head) was checked out on the sidelines by the training staff in the third quarter of the Week 2 game against the Atlanta Falcons. He was cleared to return, after leaving briefly due to a shot to the head from DB Dunta Robinson.
