Seahawks | Jimmy Wilkerson was in team's plans

Seattle Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll said Monday, Sept. 5, that DL Jimmy Wilkerson (knee) was in the team's plans if not for a sprained knee which forced him to the season-ending Injured Reserve list. "He's got a knee that needs surgery," Carroll said. "If that wasn't the case, we could have hung onto him."
