Steelers | Three out for debut due to injury

Pittsburgh Steelers LB Chris Carter (undisclosed), WR Jerricho Cotchery (hamstring) and CB Ike Taylor (thumb) will miss the preseason finale Thursday, Sept. 1, against the Carolina Panthers.
