Rams | Donnie Avery back at practice
St. Louis Rams WR Donnie Avery (knee) was back on the practice field Wednesday, Aug. 17, after missing a week and a half with soreness in his surgically repaired knee. "It was really more a response to the surgery. Nothing uncommon," head coach Steve Spagnuolo said. "We just figured, why set him back? That's why we shut him down. And I think it was the right thing to do, because I think he'll start to surface now."
