Texans | Several sitting out preseason game

Houston Texans RBs Arian Foster (hamstring), Ben Tate (hamstring) and Steve Slaton (hamstring), WRs Andre Johnson (finger) and Trindon Holliday (undisclosed), DL Damione Lewis (undisclosed), LB Brian Cushing (knee), CBs Johnathan Joseph (groin) and Rashad Carmichael (undisclosed) and LS Jonathan Weeks (ankle) will not play in the first preseason game Monday, Aug. 15.
