Royals | Bubba Starling talks could go to wire

Kansas City Royals general manager Dayton Moore expects negotiations with OF Bubba Starling, the fifth overall pick in the 2011 First-Year Player Draft, to go right up to the deadline. "There's nothing -- there won't be anything until the final hour of August 15," Moore said in a phone interview.
