Raiders | Zach Miller likely to re-sign

Barring a last-minute, jaw-dropping offer from another team, and a change of heart by free-agent TE Zach Miller (Raiders), he will re-sign with the Oakland Raiders, and likely in time to practice Thursday, Aug. 4, the day veterans who sign new contracts are allowed to practice for the first time.
