Jaguars | Blaine Gabbert, Cecil Shorts developing rapport

Jacksonville Jaguars QB Blaine Gabbert and WR Cecil Shorts III look to have some immediate chemistry during the early going in training camp. Gabbert is the team's first-round pick, and Shorts is a fourth-rounder out of Mount Union. The two hooked up for a red-zone touchdown on a throw between multiple defenders.
