Royals | Bubba Starling may decide sports future in August
OF Bubba Starling, a right-handed power-hitting outfielder who was the Kansas City Royals' top choice in June's First-Year Player Draft, is currently throwing footballs in practice at the University of Nebraska, where he has a scholarship. "It'll be an August 15th thing, same as every year," Royals general manager Dayton Moore predicted when asked whether Starling would choose baseball or football.
