Yankees | Alex Rodriguez placed on DL

The New York Yankees have placed 3B Alex Rodriguez (knee) on the 15-day disabled list because of a torn meniscus in his right knee. In a corresponding move, the team recalled OF Greg Golson from Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes Barre.
