MLB | Doug Waechter unofficially retires

Free-agent RP Doug Waechter (Royals) said Saturday, June 25, that he has not officially filed his official retirement papers, but he had an unofficial retirement party in St. Petersburg. "I know how luck I am," Waechter said. "I got to do things a lot of people don't get an opportunity to do. It was a great ride, and I had a blast doing it."
