Rams | Donnie Avery shows off his speed

St. Louis Rams WR Donnie Avery (knee) posted on his official Twitter page that he finished the week Friday, June 17, with a track workout. He clocked a 22 in the 200-meter, and a 4.4 in the 40-yard dash. Avery is making his way back from surgery to repair a torn anterior cruciate ligament in his right knee, which limited him to just one game in 2010.
