Broncos | Kevin Vickerson drops some weight

Denver Broncos DT Kevin Vickerson has lost 30 pounds since the end of the season because he wants to be a faster defensive tackle for the team's new 4-3 defensive alignment. The team believes Vickerson will fit in better in this defense than he did in the 3-4 defensive alignment they used this season.
