Royals | Two minor moves

Kansas City Royals IF Joaquin Arias (hamstring) was activated from the 15-day disabled list and optioned to Triple-A Omaha. P Kelvin Herrera was also promoted to Double-A Northwest Arkansas from Class A Wilmington.
