Browns | Buster Skrine's blazing speed gets him drafted

The Cleveland Browns drafted CB Buster Skrine out of Tennessee-Chattanooga with their fifth round draft pick. He ran a 4.37 40-yard dash at the NFL Scouting Combine, which tied for sixth-best among the 300 invitees. He also threw up 20 reps in the bench press, which ranked second among the fastest players.
