The Houston Texans could consider North Carolina DE Robert Quinn or University of Missouri DE Aldon Smith in the first round of the 2011 NFL Draft if they are looking for an outside linebacker for their 3-4 defensive alignment, reports John McClain, of the Houston Chronicle.
