Cubs | Todd Wellemeyer pondering retirement

Chicago Cubs RP Todd Wellemeyer (hip) feels pain in his right hip every time he pitches and believes it's due to tearing his right quadriceps last season, according to Carrie Muskat of MLB.com "Maybe the fact I tore my quad might have something to do with (my hip) not being as strong, and it has to work double time - I don't know if there's atrophy in it or what," said Wellemeyer, who may be forced to retire.
