NFL | Rashad Carmichael takes part in Pro Day

Updating a previous report, Virginia Tech CB Rashad Carmichael ran the 40-yard dash in 4.43 seconds and 4.45 seconds at his Pro Day Thursday, March 17, according to Gil Brandt, of NFL.com. He ran the short shuttle in 4.15 seconds, measured a 33-inch vertical jump and a 10-foot-1 broad jump.
