NFL | J.J. Watt performs well at Pro Day

University of Wisconsin DE J.J. Watt was smooth and fluid in his movements during his positional drills at his Pro Day Wednesday, March 9, reports Bucky Brooks, of NFL.com. He also showed surprising fluidity while changing directions during drills. He has shown that he could the ability to play defensive end in either a 3-4 defense or a 4-3 defense.
