Mariners | Nate Robertson pounded Sunday
Seattle Mariners SP Nate Robertson was pounded for four earned runs, four hits and two walks in three innings Sunday, March 6, against the San Francisco Giants, reports Greg Johns, of MLB.com. Robertson is trying to win a roster and rotation spot as a non-roster invitee. "Spring training is a tuneup for everybody, but you have to make your impressions," Robertson said. "I'm not going to go home happy about (today). But you walk off the field and I've got my health. Now it's just a matter of getting things tightened up, working on it and putting it into play."
